How do streaks work?

A day counts toward your streak only when every habit and scheduled session is done. Miss any of them and your current run resets — but your lifetime best streak is saved forever and always shown. Strict daily bar, forgiving memory.

What are flames?

You earn a flame every full day you complete (with bonus flames at 7, 30, and 100-day streaks), up to a bank of 20. Flames are your safety net.

How do I spend flames?

Two ways: spend 3 flames to skip a single task for the day (it still counts toward your day), or spend 1 flame to protect a streak day you missed. You can open the flame page from the 🔥 chip on the Today screen to skip tasks or see your balance.

How do I change or remove my routine?

Go to Goals → Routines, tap a routine to preview it, and choose to set it as your daily routine. Opening your already-active routine lets you remove it. You can also build your own with "Build your own routine."

What are long-term goals?

In Goals → Plans you can adopt a multi-week program (like Couch-to-5K). Its sessions drop into your Today list on the days you choose and count toward your streak. Plans are grouped by Beginner, Moderate, and Advanced.

How do I set reminders?

Open the You tab to enable a daily reminder and a streak-saver nudge, and pick the times. You'll be asked to allow notifications the first time.

How do I reset everything?

On the You tab, tap "Reset all progress." This clears your streak, flames, active routine, adopted goals, and anything you created. It can't be undone.
